Where do we ship to?
We currently deliver to the Chicago suburbs for bulk orders only (over 200#). Please contact us to discuss your delivery requirements and for a quote.
Can I pick up?
Absolutely! We currently have two locations where you can pick up from. 16mm pellets are available at both our Villa Park and Itasca locations for walk in customers. Bulk orders (made to order) available for pick up at our Itasca location only.
What’s the minimum order amount?
For delivery - minimum 200#
For pick up - minimum 10#
Can I use a bag to transport Dryice?
No! - For safety reasons, we will only allow customers to transport ice in an insulated container. Plastic coolers, syrofoam coolers, etc. are acceptable. We encourage customers to bring their own coolers, but foam coolers are available at an additional cost if you do not have a cooler of your own.
How much Dryice do I need For shipping food?

No. At this time we supply 3mm (1/8") rice and 16mm (5/8") pellets only.
